An excellent blues reissue on CD! Featured is an all-star blues session, masterminded by Bob Thiele in the late '60s (for Flying Dutchman Records) and featuring Big Joe Turner, T-Bone Walker and Otis Spann. Matched with some of the finest session musicians on the West Coast, with George "Harmonica" Smith
in outstanding form, this album allows the main artists plenty of freedom. Only four songs were recorded, but they provide each star a showcase, and the chance to interact to great effect. Joe Turner and T-Bone share most of the vocals.
