The group has a reputation of performers in south America notably by sharing the stage Most recently with Depeche Mode and CSS and by counting more than 80 000 visits on their site myspace. Magnetophondband recalls the straight sound of the sixties. Sound is a summary of fresh electro rock, of punchy Kraut rock influenced by the Beach Boys, B 52' s, New order, Ladyron and T21.
