Those familiar with the musicians Jean-Luc Guionnet, and Miguel A. García known both aren't easy to categorize in what they do, as becomes clear again on their first collaborative work 'Parkustomnie'. In the two pieces presented here the duo combines the improvised sounds from a church organ and electronics. In the electro-acoustic soundscapes they play a lot with dynamics, in such way that playing the CD on different sound levels creates totally different experiences. With this way of playing they know the grab the listener's attention deeply. In the soft version the listener is focussing and trying to grasp the sounds, while at higher volume more and more of the very subtle details in both the organ playing and electronics come forward. Limited to 200 copies.
