A warm and welcomed return for one of Hed Kandi’s most iconic releases, Winter Chill, re-introduced after nearly a seven year pause. Winter Chill has been defrosting, whilst waiting patiently in the wings, for an opportunity to return and simply amaze! Last year’s hedonistic rays have long been lost to winter and with the party season temporarily dwindling into hibernation, what better way to celebrate the brighter days of summer to come. This release is an oh-so soothing handpicked selection of the finest slow-grooving and laid-back beats set across two unmixed CDs carefully chosen for the ultimate after hours set. In true Kandi style, we have kept an uplifting and sunny feel to the album reminding us of brighter sunny days to come. We have included some of the hottest artists and A-list producers currently on Hed Kandi’s radar as we launch into 2012, and this year’s edition features the likes of Mark Ronson & The Business International, Switch, Data MC, SBTRKT, Maya Jane Coles, Tensnake, The Magician, Maceo Plex, Mario Basanov and more. After an array of spectacular New Year's Eve parties in Madrid, Barcelona, El Salvador, Singapore, Hong Kong and Brazil to name but a few, we roll out with more Kandi parties to kick start 2012 in the best possible and only way we know how too! This month we'll be jet setting to Verbier for our weekly ski season residency, back to Taiwan for more Asian madness and on to sunnier climates in Mauritius.
