Blending rap, funk, hc punk, heavy metal and socially aware lyrics, Downset emerged in the late '80s as part of LA's still thriving hc scene, but quickly expanded its sound. This album is not quite as rap-infused as the band's debut, but the lyrics are just as intense, no holds barred and socially conscious.
