Medellin, Colombia, mid-'80s. The city was immersed in an everyday war ritual: police, narcos, gangs, pandilleros... They all ruled the streets without fear of dying. A massive exodus from the small villages in the countryside made the cities full of people who were easy to deceive. In this time of absolute chaos and destruction the first punk and metal bands started to try to do something different. Everyone was against them: society, family, police, governments. The first bands like Pestes, Mutantex, P-Ne, Amén, Ekrion, Agressor, Parabellum, Blasfemia, Profanación or Mierda, just to name a few, appeared in the city and built this first scene. 'Rodrigo D. No Futuro' is a film about these people, the ones who made things happen. Limited to 500 copies.
